Shipping Policy
Processing Time
We will try to fulfill every purchase within three to five business days between the hours
of nine AM and five PM, except for U.S. federal holidays.
Carriers
For the delivery of our orders, we work with the following shipping companies: USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Restrictions
Delivery to all U.S. and international P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses, is not currently available.
Shipping Rates
Your order total weight, delivery method and location will determine the rate that will be applied to
the cost of delivering your package. You will be informed of the total cost of shipping prior to
proceeding to the final page of the checkout process, at which point you will have the opportunity to
cancel your purchase if you have changed your mind about purchasing the item(s).
Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling will be calculated based
on the items included in each shipment.
Order Tracking
Your purchase will be updated with the tracking information as soon as we get a tracking number from
the delivery carrier, if one is supplied. Tracking emails are provided as a convenience; we cannot
guarantee email inbox delivery. Further, please be aware that certain purchases that are sent using
USPS 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers associated with them.
Typical delivery time frame varies depending on the delivery method chosen by you in the checkout
process. We are not responsible for any delay caused by the carrier, beyond our control.
Delivery
Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery
person. If the package is not left, you are responsible for arranging pickup or re-delivery with the carrier.
You are responsible for retrieving the package at all possible delivery locations such as front & side
doors, garage door, in or at mailbox, parcel locker, apartment lobby, lobby desk, etc. You are
responsible for packages left outside and exposed to bad weather elements, and any other such delivery
events beyond our control.
You are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order.
Once the order is processed, it cannot be altered. If the carrier reroutes a delivery due to an incorrect
address, they will charge a fee, and accordingly, a $25 charge will be added to your order total.
Damage or Loss
In the event the item(s) arrive damaged or in poor quality, you are responsible for notifying us within 2
calendar days and keeping the item(s) and original packaging for inspection. Otherwise, we cannot
guarantee any compensation or replacement.
Any missing or lost package must be claimed directly with the respective carrier. We are not responsible
for any damage or loss caused by the carrier, beyond our control.
Taxes
Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to all states in the US.
No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a gift certificate.
